>My great and glorious plan for this weekend was to eat, read and maybe nap on a blanket in the apartment’s garden. Somehow the weather changed from absolutely perfect earlier in the week to chilly and overcast for the weekend.
Instead, I spent yesterday with JL putzing around town.
We went to the library book sale, stopped by DQ, snooped through the IMA for a bit before it closed, visited Crown Hill cemetery and hung out at my apartment for awhile.
We placed coins on James Whitcomb Riley’s tomb “for luck”. JL mentioned that it was from a poem. I couldn’t find anything online about it, but maybe I’m looking too hard. Any poetry buffs w/ideas?
